This is a photo of a light or lamp which has a long post connected to a stand on the floor and a cone shaped top with the light bulb inside the cone. The lamp post is perpendicular to the stand and the floor. This picture is taken in my bedroom by me. Lamps are used all around the world in households and workplaces, or any building to bring light. These lamps need electricity to function and are used to light a room.One other use for these types of lamps is killing bugs because once they get in the cone they can't get out.
